Super bulky yarn, a big hook and half double crochet. That's all.
Super bulky yarn (weight 6), a 10 mm hook, scissors, a large-eyed needle and a tape measure.
Chain loosely, then half double crochet in every stitch. Chain 2, turn and repeat until it's long enough.
Aim for about 8 stitches and 6 rows to 10 cm. Too stiff? Go up a hook size. A blanket should drape.
One round of single crochet frames the blanket: about 3 stitches for every 2 rows, and 3 in each corner.
Baby, lap or sofa throw, with stripes, ribbing or tassels. Yarn amounts are in the full pattern.
