One smooth, one textured. One to two hours each.
Worsted-weight 100% cotton yarn, a 4.5 mm hook, scissors and a needle.
Rows of half double crochet over 30 stitches, about 22 rows, until the cloth is square.
Alternate single and double crochet across every row. The bumpy lemon peel texture is great for scrubbing.
Work a border of single crochet, then chain 10 at the last corner and slip stitch back into it.
Roll up three cloths with a bar of soap and a dish brush. Washing advice is in the full pattern.
